Have you ever trusted something someone said only later to be let down? It can be difficult to take anyone at his word. Jesus spent the last few hours before his death teaching, encouraging, and warning his disciples about what was to come. And he made some important promises. But Jesus proved he is trustworthy when he died and rose again. As his followers today, those same words from John 14-17 teach about how we should live until Jesus returns. Will you take him at his words?
